The 10 greatest days in minor hockey are here! One of the biggest and longest-running minor hockey tournaments in the world, Quikcard Edmonton Minor Hockey Week, is back from January 12 to 21, 2024.

QEMHW does not have a specific cold weather policy; therefore, we will adhere to the guidelines outlined in the HOCKEY ALBERTA ONE - WEATHER TRAVEL POLICY. You can find this policy on page 27 of the document accessible here. Our primary concern is the safety of our families, and, as parents, the decision to travel to a game will be left to your discretion. If a team decides not to participate in a game, it is mandatory to inform the opposing team of their decision. Given the constraints of QEMHW, rescheduling games is not feasible due to time and ice availability. Consequently, if a team opts not to play, they will be required to forfeit the game.
