The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is a time to reflect and think about change. As we ponder on how we can get better together, we re-visit our story with one of the most accomplished First Nations hockey players from our area, Willie Littlechild. The residential school survivor went on to become a commissioner in charge of Canada's Truth and Reconciliation Commission, among countless other accomplishments. Willie says while there is a lot to be grateful in this nation we must not quit working to end the wrongs we still see today. He shares his thoughts on how we best move forward together in this edition of Stars for Life powered by Imperial Oil Strathcona first broadcast on Canada Day.
