Male Midget AAA - Physical Development Plan
Hockey Edmonton is very excited to announce a partnership agreement with Body By Bennett, as the Physical Development provider for the new Male Midget AAA High-Performance Hockey Program. Successfully selected Male Midget AAA athletes will be working with trainers from Body By Bennett, Edmonton Oilers, and Edmonton Oil Kings.
Body By Bennett has created an innovative and first-class high-performance Physical Development Plan, which will entail training, recovery, nutrition, hydration, sleep components. This Physical Development Plan will rival professional programs and is intended to provide Male Midget AAA athletes with a revolutionary development opportunity.
